Body and Spirit: Jewish Spiritual YogaIn Jewish Spiritual Tradition, the body is seen as clothing for the soul. In these sessions, we will practice Yoga to connect our inner light with our bodies. We will contemplate Jewish spiritual teachings as we strengthen our minds, bodies, and spirit. This program is co-sponsored by the JCC Center for Jewish Spirituality.
